Dancing Powerball mascot cracks up Robin Meade

The winner of last week's 400-million dollar Powerball jackpot had only played the lottery one time before.

He chose to stay anonymous, but we know he's from the Columbia, South Carolina area.

He went to this store for hot dog buns but the store was out, so he bought the ticket instead.

We don't know if he's taking the lump sum which comes to about $233 million before taxes.
